Product Safety Recall – Magnetic Chess Game

Cozy Toys Australia is conducting a voluntary product safety recall of the Magnetic Chess Game.

Reason for the recall

The Magnetic Chess Game does not comply with the Australian permanent ban on small high-powered magnets.

If small high-powered magnets are swallowed, more than one magnet can attract to each other inside the body, which can cause serious internal injuries or death. There is also a choking hazard.

At the time of this notice, no injuries or incidents have been reported in relation to this product. This recall is being conducted as a precautionary safety measure.

This recall has been published on the ACCC Product Safety website.

• Keep the product out of reach of children

• Contact us to arrange return of the product

Refund information

Consumers are entitled to a full refund once the product has been returned.

After you contact us, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Once the returned item is received, the refund will be processed. If preferred, store credit of equal value can be provided instead of a refund.
